Our experience at this hotel was beyond disappointing. The owner made fake promises, showing us one thing in pictures and delivering something entirely different in reality. Despite our prepayment, the rooms they provided were nothing like what was advertised. To make matters worse, they didn't even provide basic essentials like towels, soap, or regular water. We had to repeatedly ask for these necessities, and even then, they didn't meet our basic requirements. Additionally, the rooms were filthy, and the cleaning was subpar, done only half-heartedly and after multiple requests. This place is a complete scam, and I strongly urge others to avoid falling into their trap. Stay away from this hotel at all costs!

We felt worse experience in the hotel. Room was not cleaned, intercom was not working. Hotel staff Mr. Dinesh was very rude and egoistic person. He didn't attend any our query. Please do not book this hotel as it's services are worst.

The room was deficient in amenities. Bathroom Towels ane only 2 mini bars of soap were already provided between 3 persons. No shampoo, handwash, or toilet roll in the washroom. The toilet lighting was very dim too. Mineral water bottle was …

Both MMT and Hotel Grand Tower were only the turn offs. - Room boys dont knock before coming in - Managers are having a very negative body language - ACs was not working and we were shifted to a stinking room - During Night, both security and manager were not there on their seat. - Our whole stay, dust bins were not given Good things are - Location is very good - Room boys are really helpful - Rooms are big but not clean at all.
